Her foot and leg have red marks, foot looks swollen and her leg seems to be dislocated. She hatched this way. Any suggestions?

It wasn't an assisted hatch, but she was the last to hatch in the group and the chicks kept kicking the egg around and it took her awhile to hatch. Plus she pipped at the top of the egg. Idk if that matters but I think she wasn't positioned right. It doesn't seem like a slipped tendon bc she is putting weight on her leg and it doesn't seem to hurt her. I though it could also just be a deformity? Was this an assisted hatch?
If the leg feels like it's dislocated, then check to see if the tendon is slipped (Perosis).
I'd start giving 1/4 tablet B-Complex to the chick. You can add it to feed if she's able to eat or if not, then dissolve it in a tiny amount of water, then syringe it drop by drop into her throughout the day.
Hopefully you'll be able to correct the problem. Sometimes if they hatch like this they don't make it.

I also went to the store and the only type of vitamins they had was rooster booster vitamins and electrolytes so I put that in her water. Was this an assisted hatch?

OK I will pick up some vitamin b asap. I have bandaids on her legs for straddle leg right now so hopefully that will help. Thank you!You can find B-Complex in the vitamin aisle of stores like Walmart, CVS, etc.
If the rooster booster or electrolytes contains B2(Riboflavin) those will work o.k.
Can she stand? If it's dislocated, then unlikely she'll put weight on it.
Could be spraddle leg, hard to tell.
