Hi,
We have six little almost one month old chicks. Five of them have feathers and are growing beautifully. The sixth little chick, a BCM, is not as big as the rest and only has feathers on her (I hope) little wings. She is at least half the size of the other other chicks but still eats like a horse and seems happy.
I am concerned because we live in the Pacific Northwest and are hoping to have them outside in 2-3 weeks. But little Blueberry won't be able to join the rest because she would freeze.
We are all really attached to the cute little penguin looking chick. Advice? Wonderful happy ending stories? Some secret salve to grow feathers?
I would add a picture but I think I need to post a few more times.
Thanks!
Kandi
