Chick with fused toes

I have a Marans chick that has hatched with two of the toes on one foot fused together! How debilitating will this be?

(The smaller pink section between the closer two toes in pic 2 is its skin, not my finger. )

I've never dealt with this before myself, but I'm guessing he/she will be just fine and adapt with no problem since it knows no other way to be. Probably wouldn't use it for breeding just in case it's something to do with genetics. Otherwise you've just got a handi-capable chick <3
