Chick with huge lump!! What ever happened?!!

This chick hatched last night. I usually use a nurture right 360 and I have beautiful healthy chicks. This batch was hatched from my farm innovators with the fan and turner. Most of the chicks were dragging their eggs around behind them and two have spraddle leg...and only 6 out of 20 eggs hatched... basically a junk incubator.

Anyway this poor chick has this lump... what's going on?!!

That's an unabsorbed yolk. I'd coat with antibiotic ointment and try to immobilize the chick if possible.
