Chick with hurt foot

One of my chicks was limping, and with closer inspection I realised her foot looks swollen? Is there anything I can do to help her? Replies are appreciated!!

It's defiantly bruised... I was thinking of putting some antibodic cream on it

Look at the bottom of her foot for any sores or break in the skin. If not, it make be a bruise from getting injured. Hopefully, it will heal in a few days.
