Chick with leg problem, Not splay leg.EMERGENCY!! Chick can't MOVE!!!

This little guy was hatched out this morning. about 6 hours ago. He is laying his feet out in front of him, not to the side or anything else.
I'll attach a photo, but is this something to be concerned about? Or does he just need some time? There is a rubber mat under them, the paper towel is just to show his legs. I also have aviacharge in the water.

Does he get up and move around? If so, Then nope he's fine! They will scare the heck out of you with the way they just fall over and sleep in all kinds of crazy positions. If he isn't moving.... Then I would be concerned!

You pick him up and he pushes backwards with his legs out in front of him.....I'm afraid we'll probably put him down tonight if we
don't have some sort of hope. I don't want him suffering.

Thank you! I have him resting in a donut shaped wash cloth. If nothing else he'll be comfortable for the evening.
