Chick with lump, hard area under vent

I have a chick with a hard lump located under its vent area. Any ideas whats going on? I'm thinking it's constipated, how do I help it move things along? Much appreciated.

What color is the lump? Do you have pictures? Is it acting funny? I think we need some pics

Is it coming out of the vent like a prolapse? Or is it under the vent opening? How large? It would help to see a clear picture.

It's not a prolapse, I'll upload a pic. It's pretty large for the chicks size.

The chick is acting normal, the lump isn't discolored or anything. It's just a hard place under the skin.

It's seems to just be it's butt... Or are you feeling the keep bone?

No. It's above the keel bone, between the bone and vent. There seems to also be a lot of swelling. I checked the siblings and they feel normal there. It wasn't like this at hatch. It's almost 2 weeks old.

And I handle them daily/every other day to change litter and whatnot. I don't remember when the swelling and hard area first started however.
