Chick with majorly splayed legs

I have a chick that is about 4-5 weeks old. Just this past week his legs started splaying out. I've looked at other posts about splayed leg but my chick looks a lot worse then the other chicks in the pictures.He is unable to walk but drinks a ton of water and eats a lot. Do you think that he's to old for me to try to correct it? There's no way he can live like this for the rest of his life. This looks like a very serious case of splayed leg... Please help me!
