I have a 2 weeks old chick with a massive black knee on one of his legs and prevents that leg from touching the ground, his other leg is completely fine

He couldn't stand straight since the start of the second week and didn't eat nor drink because of this issue, he can only feed himself with help

I tried using a bandaid to keep the injuried leg with the other one to keep them straight but the leg seemed to be up on his belly all the time

How is your chick doing?
Could you post a few pictures of the chick from a distance?

At its age, perosis (slipped tendon) is common a musculoskeletal deformity and is often seen as misalignment of the intertarsal leg joint; oftentimes the area is swelled to a considerable size, and ankylosed. More pictures of the chick's leg would help determine if this is the problem, or not.
