cHICK WITH NECK PROBLEM

One of my 2 week old chicks has a lump on the right side of it's neck. It is eating and drinking normally. However it has it's head turned to the left. Is this wry neck. It does not appear to be an injury? This chick had a hard time hatching and I had to help it out of it's shell. I am puzzled as what to do.

Are you sure the lump isn't a full crop? Are the poops normal?

I don't know for sure i will have to seperate from the rest.
