I have a seven week old lavender orpington chick who has pneumonia she went to the vet and she got an injection and antibiotics she needs to have for seven days she is inside and is drinking but won't eat should i give her sugar or garlic or something in her water ?

sugar only increases energy and is not regarded as food. Maybe call your vet and ask Him.
If you want to add anything to the water add a vitamin and mineral mix

Made by a specialist company, Bovidr Labs. You can use Poultry Nutri-Drench or Pet Nutri-Drops interchangeably with same usage and dosage instructions per a conversation I had with the science techs at Bovidr Labs. Pet Nutri-Drops are rated for pets under 25 lbs. and their babies. With either formula, give 1 drop only by mouth and then again every 8-10 hours as needed. With either formula, in water, 2 cc's per gallon for maintenance or 4cc's per gallon for stress situations. Buy t your local Tractor Supply or feed store. at between $7.00-9.99 a bottle. Very concentrated, just get the small bottle. Buy a small plastic syringe and take off the needle to measure for the waterer.
Best success with your chick!
