Chick with skin condition?

I have a few 3-week old Black Star chicks from McMurray Hatchery, two from this group arrived with small bald spots. As their feathers have started developing I haven't seen much improvement on their skin. They are looking pretty goofy. I'm worried that this is a condition or something I need to treat? Or just the way that they are going to be?

Losing fluff faster then feathers can replace. Some birds are like that, & not really of any concern.

What protein level of feed are you feeding?

Ok, I see. I have a starter feed with 20.5% protein, organic starter crumble from Scratch and Peck Feed.
