Chick with some kind of vent problem (picture)?

This chick seems to be straining when pooping and has an odd looking bottom. Does anyone know what is wrong? This particular chick is at the bottom of the totem pole and had her tail pecked a couple weeks ago so badly it was bleeding. She recovered well after we sprayed her with red cote, but now this? Help!

looks like pasty butt to me

have any mineral oil? Take chick, wash butt off with warm washcloth, let dry- take a q-tip with mineral oil or petroleum jelly and apply around the vent. repeat if nessecary.

You may need to soak her rear in warm water before you can get that off. I just had that issue with <week-old chicks.
