chick with sores on neck

My 4 week old white maran has scabby sores on her neck. They started as a small red spot I thought she was getting pecked so I separated her but it got worse. She is still eating and drinking. Neosporin doesn't seem to help. What should I do?

You need to separate this bird until this heals. The other birds are going to peck her to death. Once there is a nice skin on her, use blu-kote on the wound and you can put her back in with the others. The blu-kote will hide the area and not only help with infection, but keep the others from pecking at her.
