Chick with Splayed legs

Hi I have a chick with splayed legs and I don't know how to fix them, I've tried a bit of string but she keeps kicking them off, her legs don't seem too bad but they're definitely off somehow.
Please help as I don't know what to do.

Splay leg typically happens in both legs I believe. It may be slipped tendon.

My chick had splayed legs from not enough heat in incubator, I fixed it by cutting a bandaid in half and wrapping the sticky ends around the legs.
