chick with swollen butt and feathers missing

My chick, sunflower has a swollen butt and feathers are missing around her butt. I cleaned her butt yesterday, but now it looks worse!!!

I'm sorry the picture is blurry but I am so worried.
PLEASE HELP

Looks like pasty butt. Just keep cleaning with warm water. Is it bloody or is the vent prolapsed after you clean it?

it isn't bloody and it doesn't look prolapsed to me I will try to get more clear pictures.

I thought pasty butt too, but I'm no expert. Clean the area and the treatment is olive/ veg oil applied to the vent. I hope that's not blood... @casportpony is a go to person for these matters.

Looks like Pasty Butt. Clean with a warm water and gentle cloth or q-tips. Dry them off then apply some baby oil to the area to help prevent it in the future.

She doesn't like me touching it and when I do she squeals like she is in pain. I got more pictures and it just looks horrible! She also picks at it.

I just cleaned it off and it looks much better. I can't go out and get pictures right now, but I will in the morning. All the chicks are under Raven and sleeping and everything seems fine.
