What should I do with it? Anyone with a aged chicken with this problem?

Did it hatch like that? How old?

Can it stand up? How does it respond if you try to move the leg, like it's in pain or no big deal?

I personally have hatched hundreds of chicks and not yet seen THAT.. it is CULL worthy in my opinion and that is what I would do ASAP..

Hopefully you can find enough information to help you determine if EUTHANASIA might be yours or the sweet chicks best option. Sorry you face this! :hugs

It may be a leg bone deformity such as twisted tibia or varus valgus deformity. There is no cure or treatment. Some chicks may find a way to get around to food and water. That is the key to survival. Many of these chicks may need to be euthanized or culled. This link shows pictures of those disorders:
