I had funky chick toes and high toe walking at about 2 weeks of age...it turned out to be a Vitamin B deficiency.
I put them on Chick Saver with a loading dose the first couple of days (by mistake, but actually was a good thing, I had made it 1 1/2 strength), then I backed off and made it regular strength (my Vet Tech daughter said I stumbled onto loading then maintenance doses).
It improved in about 2 days and cleared in a week.
If that doesn't help, then it is likely something genetic. I have had inbred rare types with feet and leg problems. I did not have good luck with them, that line resulted in poor hatches with bad feet. As they grew, it simply got worse, and I ended up culling out of pity for the poor animals....but glad to hear others had chickens that survived and lived to old age.
