Alright! Can I put her in with the broody hen. While it’s dark right? The hen only had one other chick hatch.It's a fleshy Belly button. I get those quite often. I wouldn't worry.

It is dried and there is no oozing. I’ll try thatIs that hanging part dried up? If so, I would carefully trim it off if you are considering putting her back with the broody. Don't pull since this is part of the umbilical.
Is there any oozing around the navel (where that black part is)?
