Chick won’t open one eye, lethargic

I have a 4 week old chick who is eating and drinking well, she is slightly lethargic but will still run around with the other chicks, she will occasionally stop and fluff herself up for a few minutes and then find the other chicks. She doesn’t like to open one eye and when she does it looks like the pupil isn’t dilating, I’ve check the eye it doesn’t seem red, swollen or seem to have anything in it. I’ve just separated her from the rest of the chicks. Can anyone help?

How's your chick? Is there any blood in any poops? If there is blood it could be coccidiosis.
