Chick wont walk or stand! please help!

Well i tried my very best but she ended up passing away. It was very heartbreaking, but i think their may have been more wrong with her than just what i could see. Hopefully this wont happen again, i know that not every chick will make it but it is still extremely sad when they don't. Thank you very much for all of your help.
