So today I found my main rooster, injured. He was hiding in a corner from other roosters. I noticed he was injured and then my other rooster was trying to kill him. Well I got him inside in a quiet room. Cleaned the wombs. He looks like he will be ok. But Is there anything I need to look for or put on his comb to heal properly

Can you post any pictures of his injuries? How old are the roosters and how long have they been together? His comb could be cleaned with Betadine or Hibiclens, and plain triple antibiotic ointment is good if it is above freezing. They might now need to be permanently kept separated, since most roosters will challenge one another and fight.

He’s about 3, months he other is almost a year old. I plan to get rid of the other

That's typical pecking-order-dominance injuries. They bleed a lot but as long as you clean him up he should be just fine. About the only thing I use for that is some antibiotic ointment, just don't use the kind with pain relievers as the dosage is too high for chickens & can poison them.

If you're planning on getting rid of the other rooster I'd separate that one and re-integrate the injured one once he seems to be acting normally. Any time they get a shock like that they're normally going to be a bit lethargic a day or two afterwards.
