Chick yolk bump? Help please

One of my chicks hatched with the little yolk (or whatever) bump on it's belly. I can't seem to find any threads here, though I know I've seen a ton of them before! I think I just leave it in the bator and wait it out-right? Thanks!

Does it look like this at all?? This went away in a few days. Dont break it open or let the other chicks pick at it.

I still have one with that little yolk thingy - it's a week old yesterday - it is smaller.

He's our runt.

Yes it looks sort of like that though a bit larger. Should I separate it from the others with a little basket or something?
