May be the wrong forum... I was unsure where to put it

My guess would be too much moisture in the coop. What size coop do you have for how many chickens? What is the ventilation like in the coop?

Excess moisture and/or insufficient ventilation (the latter may cause the former or the former may be due to groundwater seepage, roof leaks, etc.).

Moisture. If you are like me and have been getting rain/fog for the last week everything standing still is sprouting hypha like crazy. Shavings and other bedding material seems act like mold fertilizer so it's best to keep your bedding clean, too. Best thing to do is remove the poop and make sure there is plenty of ventilation in your coop. Mold = spores which can cause problems in not so healthy chickens.
