Chicken acting different again

Hello, I posted previously about my chicken, I had a lovely vet come to my house and gave her pain killers and antibiotics, after being in the house for a couple weeks she was gradually let back out. She seemed to go straight back to normal except from runny poos (which I was told would be from antibiotics) then her poo went back to normal. However, today I noticed she is kind of breathing with her mouth open a tiny bit, and her tail moves up and down when she breaths, she hasn’t layed eggs since being sick and hasn’t even gone to nesting box to try. Keep in mind the temperature here today was 26 degrees Celsius (maybe the open mouth was from that?) but the tail bobbing and not laying eggs should I be concerned and what can I do?

It may be that she's having a hard time laying an egg. Sometimes they will breath hard due to stress.

If the vet can see her again, that would be a good idea. Otherwise, I'd give her 300mg Calcium Citrate+D3 once daily for a few days to see if she expels an egg or lash material. See that her crop is emptying overnight and look for any lice/mites.
