Chicken acting weird help please

Then it should be fine to give.

How much does she weigh?
I am not sure how much she weighs but we have guessed about 2kg

Just went out to feed her we soaked some layers pellets in warm water with a poultry drink and marmite in it, we also put tomatoes in, the b vitamin tablet and some liquid calcium
She was very excited by it and was eating well
I don't know if you can see but in this picture (I just took) her foot is upside down

Just went out to see her again and she was sat with her leg behind herself,
I also noticed she has a very mucky butt, we wormed her recently

Her butt needs to be cleaned regularly.
To help restore a healthy gut balance after deworming you can prepare and feed Moro's carrot soup in addition to her normal feed for 3-4 days, but only add half the recommended amount of salt as chickens' kidneys are very sensitive.

I will clean her butt
I wormed her and her friends 3 weeks ago after I moved them to a new pen and she had no problems till she started doing limping
If you think giving her the carrot soup will help then I will give it too her
Thanks

If she has a reproductive disorder such as salpingitis/internal laying with lash egg material, that can press against a leg nerve and cause paralysis. Most antibiotics are banned in chickens, but amoxicillin can be used early on if salpingitis is suspected. Cancer is also common in the oviduct and other organs. If you should lose her, and I hope not, sometimes you can do a home necropsy or have your state vet lab do one, to look at the internal organs for anything abnormal. Posting pictures of finding is welcome here for opinions.
I have injectable synulox, do you (or anyone else) know the dosage for chickens and how to inject a chicken??
Also will this help if she has a lung infection?
Thanks

Has she eaten any blueberry or red cabbage in the last couple of days? That can cause the strange blue-green poop. Agree with cleaning off or soaking her vent area with warm water. Trim any excess fluff. I would use a probiotic or plain Greek yogurt 1 TB given orally or in her food daily for a few days. This looking more like nerve damage or possible Mareks, but something pushing on the nerve is also possible. Will her toes straighten out in a normal position if you move them?

No she has not had any cabbage of any kind
I will try to get her Greek yogurt, should we get her the dairy one or vegan one

Yes her toes straighten out, if I place her foot on the ground in the right position then it stays but as soon as she moves the toes curl under
