Chicken Age?

Hello everyone, yesterday I got 6 new Isa Brown Hens from tractor supply and they never told me how old they are. The hens a already growing feathers on their wings. Can someone please help me try to identify their age while I am waiting for a response from Tractor Supply? Thanks!
