chicken anatomy

Does anyone know if there is a thread or link on BYC that shows the anatomy of a chicken? I think it would help me if I knew what goes on inside a chicken. Thanks Magpie

Not sure but enough people here process their birds for freezer camp. I'm sure some one pays attention. I have to admit by the time I have one plucked I don't really pay attention to alot on the insides except for the lungs and kidneys. They're hard to get out of the ribs on their back with big fingers.

There's a good video on YouTube that shows all the organs and how to remove them. Really helped me.
