I'm am currently using farmers wallet, flockstar and hatchabatch I would say they are ok but if there are better apps out there I would be interested

What are looking for the app to do for you? There are many apps for various end goals. An egg production app might not be helpful for tracking your incubation of eggs, for example.

I was hoping for one that would count to specific number of eggs and let add it to a profits list

OK. I use the 2020 Egg & Poultry Tracker by CraftThyme. It's a free spreadsheet program that tracks your egg production as well as your income and expenses. It works for me.
