Chicken attacked but can we eat the eggs still?

We had a chicken get attacked several weeks ago. She has been isolated and is doing well now and is fully recovered. She laid a tiny egg a few days ago. My question is…I’m not sure what she was attacked by I’m guessing a coon. Can she become ill from the coon. I do not know if the coon was carrying any disease. Should I keep her or get rid of her?

Go ahead eat the eggs you still have other hens ?

She was ill from shock and likely infected wounds, the eggs should be fine, to my knowledge.
If there was a disease, the best thing to do is cull her instead of making her someone else's problem.
