Chicken attacked by dog 😭

One of my chickens was attacked this evening, I swaddled her and put her in a box with food, water and a heat lamp. When I first found her I didn’t see any lacerations on her but it looked like she had lost almost all her back feathers. Should I go ahead and give her a bath? Will that make her go into shock more?
When I first found her she could move her legs but wasn’t moving her wings. I’m afraid to move her so any advice on how to care for her would be much appreciated!!
also should I start trying to get water down her?Should I get a soft food for her to eat?
