One of my chickens was attacked by my dog. Luckily we stopped it right away. She was injured on her back (a small area) I brought her inside, cleaned her up and put her in a pen in the garage. I've been using vetricyn (spell?) spray and Neosporin. It has been 4 days and she hasn't really moved on her own. When I pick her up and set her down she flops her wings out like she has no balance. I haven't seen her eat or drink. Could she still be in shock after that many days? She doesn't look like she is injured anywhere else. Just curious if this behavior is normal after being attacked or if she most likely has internal injuries. Any info would be appreciated.
