She’s got more pep in her step with the electrolytes. Head thing is about the same but she’s eating and drinking. Will keep waiting and watching.

That's very encouraging!! As long as she's eating, drinking and otherwise chicken happy I wouldn't worry too much If you've got vitamin E and vitamin B complex you could try a little of that as well.
