It's been a while, but Hickory is a lot better! He's able to crow more, his feathers are starting to come in, his wound is healing very well, and he's standing upright. No sign of Butterscotch again, but I was able to capture a fox last night. Unfortunately it wasn't the one I was looking for, this one you could tell was very young. I let it go but I'm not gonna give up on the traps, until I catch a bigger fox. This one didn't look like it was even big enough to grab a hold of Hickory. I got my cat in my other trap
he didn't even care, he walked right out purring
