Chicken attacked?!

Hi all!
Our chicken started limping yesterday so I immediately quarantined her from our flock. This morning I noticed her feathers were sticking up from the side. I looked at them and it looks like the picture attached. I’m new to chicken life. What do I do. It does look like the side is raised. Help!!! She is the sweetest chicken and I’d like to get her better. She is still slightly limping this morning.

I'd just watch it to make sure infection doesn't set in. Looks about a week old
