Mmm... if they're chicks, it could get them chilled, which would be bad. They need to stay warm. So, no, generally speaking and just as a matter of chicken maintenance, you don't need to bathe your chicks. If you dipped them in strawberry jam it might be different. But then, really, I'd just recommend that you STOP DIPPING THEM IN JAM!
