Great video! My husband wasn't watching and didn't know what I was watching (although I am sure he knew it was chicken related!) and he chimed in about halfway through, "It amazes me that I know the sound of a ticked off chicken!" Yes, I have made him into a chicken lover too! But I think she did great! She had a moment there when she was upset but I think it went really, really well! Plus, you kept your cool, which is always the key, whether working with kids, animals, and the like!

After watching the video myself, I didn't realize how much I've turned into my dad... How many times did my kids ask me a question and I didn't respond?? I am clearly able to tune them out when I'm focusing on something else.

After a while, I went to check on Polly make sure she was ok. She was perfectly dry, could barely see the dirt/poo stains and her feathers were so fluffy/smooth! I was impressed with the difference in the bath... I might just give the Roo a bath for the fun of it to make him handsome. He never has a spot on him, but with a bath his feathers would look amazing!
