I bought the Dust, the Peat Moss, the Earth, and a Big Low Bowl and have turned their beaks up... they Love to lay under the tomatoes and dust... New Mom just laughing... This is okay, right?

Dust bathing is normal, it is to protect from parasites, I'm not sure if that was what you where asking thought.

Yeah, they just laugh.
No need for 'dust', moss, 'earth' anyway.

Probably fine for them, but not so much the tomato plants.
If the don't kill the plant before it fruits, they destroy the fruit if they can reach it.
