Chicken Behavior

Help!!! My mixed flock won't go in their coop unless I am sitting on the bench waiting for them. My husband and I have been so enchanted by them, that we go to the coop just before dark, enjoy a splash of tea and watch the show. Now my girls and boys won't go in the coop until we are there! Creatures of habit I guess. Any suggestions??

I would leave them in the coop for a day.
