1) What type of bird , age and weight (does the chicken seem or feel lighter or thinner than the others.)
Splash ameraucana, ~7 months old, lighter than the rest of the birds but always has been.
2) What is the behavior, exactly.
When the birds are free-ranging, she sometimes hops up on the steps to our back door and then almost falls asleep standing up right there.
3) How long has the bird been exhibiting symptoms?
A couple of days
4) Are other birds exhibiting the same symptoms?
No.
5) Is there any bleeding, injury, broken bones or other sign of trauma.
No.
6) What happened, if anything that you know of, that may have caused the situation.
She did lay a strange egg a few days ago, and there may be some oleander in our backyard she could have eaten, but I don't think she would have.
7) What has the bird been eating and drinking, if at all.
Normal food and water, grass, sunflower seeds, herbs, oatmeal.
8) How does the poop look? Normal? Bloody? Runny? etc.
Sometimes a little runny but mostly normal.
9) What has been the treatment you have administered so far?
None.

Straw. Coop with 3*12 run plus 5*3 add on run (enough space for all birds) and larger run around it.
