Hi, and happy holloween. However not so happy for my favorite girl!

This morning when i went out to feed the gold wyendotte girls (BTW i have three now, i have sold all the others, we will raise other chickes soon!) i noticed kerry, my favorite chicken having a plucked head (just around her comb) and decided to give her a little "chekup". when i got to her vent i noticed the whole area was plucked!
Kerry has always been bullied py one of my girls (Peo) and just recently started getting in little fights with my other chicken (Rosanna (means beautiful rose in french) so kerry has always been very shy. but i didnt know it had progressed to her actually being in pain!! i feel bad for not noticing before, and was wondering if there is anything i can do to provent her being plucked! I have attached photos of her plucked areas as well as their roost were i found a bunch of head and vent feathers! Thank you!!!😊

Hi.

What do you mean, when you say you her feathers are "plucked"...?

...Your girl is just molting, and there is nothing you can do - or even should do - to stop it.

(How old is she?)

The pics have disappeared, but I agree that she is molting not plucked. A plucked behind would have no pin feathers, sadly she just molted everything she had at once ☹️
