Is he still bleeding from his comb & right eye? If no, you can put some OTC triple antibiotic ointment on the affected areas. (like neosporin, but make sure it's without pain killer)

If i put Lil duck in the coop with the others,Wont they peck him because they see blood and possibly kill him?

At any time. Usually around the 14-20 weeks old mark.

Mine started trying to mate with my female at nine or ten weeks old.

I brought my chickens outside so they could eat grubs and all that good stuff. Hours later I got picked them up and brought them to the coop.I looked at one of my roosters and he had blood on his comb and on his right eye. I have two roosters and Oscar and Lil duck always fight pecking one another on the head. I put Lil duck in a cage so they will stop fighting.

In my experience, comb injuries don't usually require a whole lot of treatment besides keeping that particular chicken out of trouble, and making sure that it isn't getting any worse. Is the bloody one caged up or the other one?
How old are they?
