I have been treating my whole flock with tylan 50 since this past Monday. After todays dose I had a chicken start having troubles breathing. (One of my other chickens used to do this before but with one dose of tylan 50 she stopped breathing funny and is back to normal) this chicken however was normal before the tylan 50. I have a video of her doing the breathing but I’m not sure how to post it. Any help is greatly appreciated.
Someone suggested treating the whole flock with ivermectin injections in the breast for gape worms but other have just said she’s sick and prob not gonna make it. Don’t want to lose my whole flock.

What state/country do you live in? Region makes a difference. Gape worm is actually pretty rare. You'll have to post your video on an hosting site and link back. Is she acting normal other than the breathing? Any mucus or rattling? What's their diet? Could she have inhaled feed?

you can try gently rubbing her throat downwards incase there is something stuck in there
