I was told that my hens are Australorp hens can anyone confirm this by the pictures. Was also told they are about two weeks old. They are just now getting little chicken tail feathers. The little black one is. Sweet as pie and when I pick her up and hold her she goes to sleep in my hand.

They do look like Australorp, possibly blue. Are you providing heat? The black looks unwell to me, is it active and eating otherwise? They shouldn't just fall asleep in your hand usually.

Yes. I have a red light and two thermostats in the coop. One at each end set at same height as hens. Temp is 90F. She is eating and very active otherwise. I pick her up several times throughout the day and hold and pet her . At frist she resists then just clams down and either sleeps or will chill in my hand.

You may want to lower the heat just a bit. 90 can be too warm for some, but definitely go by their behaviors. Make sure they can get away from the heat if they want to. Glad it's feeling okay.
