Yes that's what I was thinking but everyone else was telling me is a sweet grass turkey my family was telling me that

I started to build the breeding pen but I need to go get another 2x4s to finish gettin the framing finished and then we have an old deck that we used for out camper I am going to take the boards off of that and then put on the breeding pen and then to fill in the gaps between the boards by putting siding on and so it's coming along

I buy 2x3 studs, cheaper. If you go through home depot or lowes check their discard junk pile if they have one, sometimes you can find usable boards cheap, especially if your going to be cutting them smaller anyway. A crooked 8' 2x4 if you only need two 4' long, cut in half the bend is gone. Some are in it just because of knots. I did get one 2x4 for the roost in my breeder coop though.

Well I am not cutting them in half because I have nothing to do that with that I know of u would have to ask my dad and I would have to go to lowes because the closets home depotis about an hour away

Ok does anyone know how to tell the sex of a few day old turkeys I haven't got them yet but I will be getting them soon

A hand saw or a limb saw will cut thru a 2x3 or a 2x4....take a little more time but doable.

Ya I don't have the patience for something like that but I can check the discard junk pile for any ply wood or something but if they have any 2x2s for the wall framing then I will maybe look at those but I will have to see the next time we go down town which will probably be here this weekend
