This 6 week old chick is all I have from my Bielefelder flock . The hen is a cross of my Bielefelder rooster to my Houdans, she was then bred by my gold laced Polish rooster and hatched this little (guy) one ?. I won’t get Bielefelder again , way too much food for those extra large eggs . My Houdans outperform them in egg production and no mean roosters , the Rhode Island Red ancestry showed up

These are the "billy-Roos" that we incubates and hatched. Their coloring keeps getting prettier and prettier!

I have a Bielefelder that I am trying to introduce to my established flock. She is taller than the other chickens and seems to be a target. I have been putting her in the coop at night and on a couple of occasion have left her in the run. She is getting pecked and picked on by the other birds. Yesterday I left her in the run and came home to find they had plucked the feathers on her back. Any help on how to get them to accept her and to integrate her would be awesome!
