Chicken breed ID help please?

Ah, I see how this ^ works.

That I know of, she's never had any frost bite, certainly not before she was grown and had no tail (feathers).

I find the whole thing rather odd, because while I realize that the feed store employees are not likely to be well informed on chicken breeds, the hatchery had said that all the chickens were White Leghorns or Buff Orpingtons.
Is it usual for Hatcheries to send the wrong breed? I’d think it would be unlikely that they’d even have any “mutts”.

Hatcheries do on occasion send the wrong breed. Or at the feed store, someone picks up a cute chick, cuddles it and puts it back down in the wrong bin. I think you have a white rock hen who has some mutation so she just didn't grow tail feathers. Makes her unique!
