Chicken breed identification

I’m having a hard time identifying this chicken breed. At full grown the hens are no taller than 8 inches and the Roos are a bit bigger. They lay pure white eggs and as you see the baby’s come in a variety of color. Not knowing the breed has been knowing at my brain.

By chance, she is actually our neighbors ( they don’t know the breed) but they have migrated over here and we take care of them now

Hers are yellow but a Roo from the same batch has black legs and beak.
