I hope you get to keep him. They are beautiful birds and very good temperament. They take good care of the hens.

Yep! We are so far. Our neighbors weren't too keen on yet another rooster in the neighborhood but he's been very quiet guy. He isn't aggressive at all too, so we've got our dream rooster. Hopefully hormones don't change that!

Jack is a man now He's 21 weeks and a wonderful young rooster! I'm guessing he's about 6 lbs??? He's WAY larger than our shih tzu.
