Chicken Bully

If you only recently got them then it’s perfectly normal, their the bigger hens so they’ll want to make sure they get the pecking order sorted out. If it doesn’t settle down then maybe start to worry. It could also be because they’re in a new space, they’ll be a bit confused. The silkie is getting picked on because it’s the smallest and they see it as an easy target. Just see how it goes i would say. Good luck with them.

Only had them 2 days, was told they are 24 weeks old. Located in the uk. The coop has 2 perches inside (if that helps). 👍
Roosts(perches) are probably very close together.
Post pic of inside of coop.
Crowding almost always causes problems.

Did all the birds come from the same place?

The more space, the better. Birds will peck to establish dominance, the pecked bird needs space to get away. As long as there's no copious blood drawn and/or new bird is not trapped/pinned down and beaten unmercilessly, let them work it out. Every time you interfere or remove new birds, they'll have to start the pecking order thing all over again.

Multiple feed/water stations. Dominance issues are most often carried out over sustenance, more stations lessens the frequency of that issue.

Places for the new birds to hide 'out of line of sight'(but not a dead end trap) and/or up and away from any bully birds. Roosts, pallets or boards leaned up against walls or up on concrete blocks, old chairs tables, branches, logs, stumps out in the run can really help. Lots of diversion and places to 'hide' instead of bare wide open run.
Good ideas for hiding places:

Welcome!
New chicken owner as well and mine look the same, and the farm from where I purchased the pullets looked similar. There is hierarchy for sure, perhaps design the run to be more interesting so they worry so much about other's businesses. My setup is still work in progress and I hope when done, they are nicer to each other. Just pay attention to excessive pecking which draws blood. I have to separate one, which developed a deep gash and the other ganged up on her after a little taste of blood. Got ugly quick, glad I was there to see what happened. Good luck and stay safe everyone!
